PRESS RELEASE

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is a dominant force in the global consumer goods market serving 29 countries. With such a broad scope of operations, the complexity of its marketing activations can be difficult to manage.

ASL started working with CCEP 4 years ago and has since won a major outsourcing contract with the company, serving Australia and New Zealand. The scope of the contract includes Premiums, Print & Point of Sale materials. Across the Australasia region, CCEP now utilizes ASL's intelligent technology solutions to streamline workflow efficiencies and reduce costs across its marketing materials.

ASL’s intelligent campaign management system is designed to create & execute all campaigns from initial concepts through to production & distribution into market. Working in collaboration with ASL Global, CCEP is the only Coke bottler in the world currently using this preeminent campaign management technology solution. This system handles every stage of the process, leveraging spend across markets and providing seamless reporting for the entire activation.

The data-driven tool has also boosted project management efficiencies, savings delivery and speed to market. Turnaround times that previously took up to 4 weeks are now down to 2-4 days, putting CCEP in full control of its supply chain and driving efficiencies at every stage.

In 2022, ASL expanded its services to include Promotional Merchandise. The company is planning to incorporate this more complex spend category into the Campaign Manager tool, along with Signage and Digital Marketing, during 2023.

"We have been working with CCEP for many years now, always with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions to stakeholders. The Campaign Manager tool offered a clear opportunity to drive efficiencies into the sourcing of marketing materials and we’re delighted with the results. We’ve built a strong collaboration and this technology-based solution is an important part of the service we offer CCEP in this region” said Lucie Harris, ASL’s Operations Director for the region.

Steve Pomeroy, ASL’s Global Sales Director, commented on the innovative solution “This new technology has revolutionised the way we’re sourcing print, POS and premium materials in Australia and New Zealand. It’s exactly what our clients need to drive improvements in supply chain efficiencies and speed to market. We’re excited to roll out this game-changing capability globally during 2023”.
