In light of the ongoing global COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it continues to have all over the world, we want to share with you ASL Global’s plan to ensure business continuity and the safety of our employees and their communities. Our top priorities are the health and well-being of our employees, as well as the mitigation of potential service disruption to our customers.

Service Delivery

With offices in 50 countries and many people already working remotely, we have natural resilience and processes in place that ensure we are able to continue business as usual. All of our team members have access to emails and teleconferencing facilities at home.

Impact on Production Lead Times

China's manufacturing capability is back up & running, albeit not yet at full pre-Covid capacity. As such we do not anticipate any impact to our ability to render service to our customers.

We also have products manufactured in other countries and its likely, as some of these countries go into lock down, that this may impact on the local supply chain. In such cases it will be our aim to try and find either producers of the same items in other countries, or to provide alternative options in terms of products.

Working From Home

Our company has teams distributed throughout the world and, given the current situation with COVID-19, we have, where required, implemented a work from home policy to protect the health and safety of our employees, families and their communities.

Travelling

In addition to ensuring that we can continue to provide the same service level, even though face to face meetings and international travel are currently suspended, we are in constant communication with our staff, customers and supplier partners, closely monitoring the situation and evaluating our position as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.
