ASL's latest intern, Claudia Yue, a budding business entrepreneur currently studying at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, reflects on how her time with the company has helped progress her journey towards setting up her own business.

"My time spent with ASL Global included some of the most enriching and eye-opening days of my recent life. I was fortunate enough to be a part of an amazing sales team where I conducted market research, product design, and generated quotations for world-famous brands such as Coca-Cola, Adidas, and Unilever. Perhaps even more important, however is the fulfilment and satisfaction I got from producing work that ASL used and presented to customers, thus only fuelling my drive in the journey of being a successful businesswoman.

Being an intern at ASL is so much more than the work experience; it is an opportunity to build strong business relationships that may become vital in the future. Notwithstanding, it is an opportunity to work on transferable skills that no doubt better prepares me for all future endeavours.

As a final word, I feel it is important to express my gratitude to my team and the department for lending a hand when I needed it, for making me feel valued, and for showing me all the fun and challenges of working in a sales team".
