ASL Global is proud to announce that, in September 2020, the company attained ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management accreditation. After successfully completing a robust auditory process, the new accreditation has been awarded to ASL Global, making it one of only a handful of businesses in the marketing services industry to hold ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditation.
ISO45001 is the new occupational health & safety management system that recently replaced OHSAS 18001. The accreditation reflects ASL’s industry-leading, best practice Occupational Health & Safety Management System which aims to reduce workplace risks and improve employee safety.
Lee Wai Hoong, ASL Global’s Chief Quality & Compliance Officer, commented on achieving this latest ISO certification “We’re delighted to attain this international accreditation relating to ASL’s Occupational Health & Safety Management System. As a global business with 300+ people worldwide, we take our responsibility as an employer very seriously. We’re fully committed to the safety and well-being of our staff and achieving ISO45001 OH&S is an important step towards managing workplace risks through performance measurement and a proactive continual improvement programme”.
