Tom is a qualified CIMA accountant with many years' experience across a range of blue chip, SME and private equity owned businesses. Prior to joining ASL Global, he previously operated in the outsourced marketing services sector in the role of Financial Director for EMEA and APAC, building up significant experience in the implementation and delivery of extensive, integrated global finance systems. Tom is passionate about building teams and 'bringing the numbers to life.' He has a strong history of improving efficiency and performance within a business, and will broaden ASL's already well-established leadership team. Tom spoke about his new role *'It's great to join such a dynamic business, and I look forward to my journey with ASL Global. My initial focus will be the development of a bold and scalable finance strategy. I'm also looking forward to supporting our Chairman and senior board with key strategic initiatives, establishing a finance organisation that will support the growth aspirations of the business, and delivering a number of specific, high profile finance projects.'* ASL Global's Chairman, Alec Pettigrew, also commented *'I'm delighted to welcome Tom to ASL's leadership team as Group Financial Officer. In another key appointment for our business, Tom brings a wealth of experience in the directorship of strategic financial operations in a role which is fundamentally important to our wider business growth strategy.'* Tom heads up a global finance team supporting ASL's clients and sourcing operations in 200+ countries worldwide.
